Can't post clip

I just tried to post a clip in the audio forum but I couldn't. I get a page that say 413 Request Entity Too Large nginx/1.17.1, when I try. The clip is 3,18 MB. Both tigerheavy and kitsaber691 seems to have had issues aswell.
I don't know if this is the right place to post this but it dosen't include audio so I didn't want to post it in the audio forum.
