DTW feed field testing
« on: May 01, 2010, 17:56:08 UTC »
I currently am trying to find a good place for it, here and there... really the best frequency I get is 118.4, the South East Tower frequency.  I've found a pretty good place, most of the transmissions come in clear, though some it's heavy static.  I don't know what type of antenna I should purchase, and if I do get one, I want one that won't break the bank.  The only problem with the feed is the reception.. everything else is fine!

I get Detroit Approach on 127.500 clearly just south of Flint. I don't know why that would be, but it also depends on the weather conditions. I'm looking forward to a DTW feed.
