Potomac Approach 123.82?

I'm trying to find the feed for Potomac Approach at frequency 123.82 but it doesn't seem to exist on the site. I also cannot find any archives (which is what I need). Does anybody have any advice or direction to assist me in finding it?

As much as I'm sure Dave would like it to, LiveATC doesn't cover every frequency at every facility.

Maybe you could file a FOIA request with the FAA and get their recording?
