take a listen to cyyz right now...it's mayhem! there's very poor conditions right now with heavy winds and snow!

Other than some speed restrictions, it sounds pretty orderly to me.  :)

Sometimes it seems Pearson has guys holding much more than other airports with more traffic, even with 3 parallel runways.
