Listening to the CYUL Approach/Departure feed for a while, I noticed that it's actually just a loop. It's odd when you hear the same a/c with an open mic twice on the same frequency, with much time in between, and the same events happening. Is this supposed to be this way?

Issue must be in your player.  Try another player.  This can happen with some players.

Just checked and all flights checking in are due to CYUL in the next 5-10 minutes, so no looping is happening as far as I can tell.
