CYQT UP but Completely Silent

I hope I don't cause any annoyance, but the CYQT feed is up, but completely silent.  It has been this way for at least a few weeks. Also, at the end of last year there was a constant clicking noise present on the feed (audio was fine, just had a constant click present).

I've also done a search of the forums to make sure it wasn't mentioned before.
