Just been listening to JFK Tower live feed and...

A Virgin Atlantic 747 nearly landed on top of an American 767 in postition due to a stuck mic.

Luckily the Virgin pilot was able to just about hear the controller and was able to execute a "go around"

Had my heart in my mouth though for a few seconds.

Happened between 2345 and 0000 zulu.
