Title: CYAV static sound on feed

I cannot hear anything but static on CYAV

Also is it possible to include I think it is 118.00 it is Winnipeg Center frequency. Thanks

We've been trying to get this resolved, to no avail.  We disabled the feed for now since it is not useful in its present state.
