Title: Contact your Congressman?

I caught the tail end of the transmission.  On or about 7/30/07 11:08CT.  I heard "contact your ambassador, congressmen, et al" (not exact wording) from NYC/JFK Tower.  I'm waiting for the archive.   Any ideas.
