How do I search Live ATC for specific towers?

You cant, you just have to find them everytime. I would suggest saving all your favorite feed links in a txt doc or such. Then just copy and paste the link into a text doc, then copy and paste it into your media player when you want to listen.

Do I understand your question correctly? What you're really asking is whether there is a feed that covers your specific airport of interest, right?

What airport is it?

That's the link to the page here with all the available feeds. I don't see KLEB on it. I'm not familiar enough to know where exactly it is, but it's possible that if it's a satellite to one of the larger airports in the region you might hear some of the traffic coming and going though...
