I know it's been in and out, I've been setting up the new 802.11g wireless network and have had a few glitches.

I put a wireless card in my PC and it is now upstairs, and the feed seems to have much better reception than before.  I still cannot figure out the damn squeal on tower freq. 132.7, but I don't hear it when I'm outside.

Cheney will be in CMH today at 2:30pm 10/29 from MHT.

Bush comes in later today if I'm not mistaken.

Cool, thanks for the update.

Air Force One arrived in MHT this morning just after 10am...you can hear them on the archives.  And then departed right after 12pm Eastern.  They are on the KMHT feed archives.

The big push before the election.

I bit the bullet and bought the Grove Beam III (spelling?) antenna that Dave recommended.  It will be up by the end of the month, hopefully it being outside will end the interference I've been having on tower freq.

In June, the feed will be switching to KBVI Beaver County Airport.  I'm moving there to start my ATC schooling.

Good luck with the schooling...by the time you're done you could be in a good position to get hired.

Being near KBVI you may be able to pick up Pittsburgh Approach...about 17 miles away...depends on where you live.

Thanks.

I'll be about 3 miles east of BVI.  There are some large hills/mountains between there and PIT, that may interfere somewhat.

100LL is $1/gal cheaper at BVI than CMH  :D

New antenna is up, it is crystal clear.  Tower freq. now has zero interference.

Thanks Dave for the Grove Beam II recommendation.
