Listening to Archives

I haven't done it in a while and I'm trying to listen to a close one the other day. Can anyone tell me how to bring up a feed from Monday afternoon?

Click on the date you want.  Select the feed and time from the drop-downs.  Hit the Submit button.

On the next screen click on the green Listen button or the name of the mp3 file, also in green, near the top of the page.
