N90 phraseology? "global" four departure

I keep hearing someone reference what sounds like the "global four" departure but can't find a departure chart for this.. Am I hearing wrong, or maybe looking in the wrong place? Any ideas?

IIRC, N90 is New York TRACON. That should limit the scope..

It could be a company-only chart..

I know that at KSNA a few years ago, they had a certain airline file and get cleared for the BKBAY departure, where there was no published FAA or Jepp chart by that name. The SID is no longer used, but it did exist for a certain airline. That may be what is happening here.
