Title: BWI Tower Frequency Change?

I live in the BWI area and often listen to the tower ATC via this site. The BWI Tower frequency is 119.4.
I was listening today and heard aircraft calling the tower with no response, and then heard a reply that the tower was now on 123.75.
Anybody know why this change would be made and if this is permanent?

It's a temporary change...we're not sure how temporary, though.

Went back to 119.4 last night.
