ya what was the cause?  was it because the pilot just pulled up too quickly and never recovered?  or did an engine die?

from my point, just looked the dude just flared way too early

Rotated to early, not flare.  Flare is a landing function.

what i dont get is,  why did the plane dive to the left?  was it just b/c he stalled it too much and it started to spin (which im not sure could happen), or did the pilot do that?

im sure they were trying to regain control of the stall. maybe the plane started to turn left when they were about to eject..?
