What is a good web site to get weather details for the various Aviation areas. eg what the weather is like in the middle of the Atlantic / Pacific Ocean ?

i would think that the NOAA website will do the trick

...but you'll have to do some digging for ocean stuff.   For example,

http://pafc.arh.noaa.gov/home_sfcmap.php (http://pafc.arh.noaa.gov/home_sfcmap.php) 

is part of the noaa.gov site but not easy to find.
