A sectional chart will help you out.  Check out sportys.com/pilotshop.  They have sectionals for the US for about $8 an area/sectional

This isn't exactly what you are looking for (doesn't contain sectionals), but it does have a few other charts that airnav.com doesn't have:

I thought that you could get sectionals online from myairplane.com, but that site seems to be down at the moment, so I couldn't check and see.

Are there any sites with free sectionals?

www.myairplane.com

This site was mentioned above...the main page does seem to be down at the moment.  I was able to access some sectionals by doing a Google search.  The site has free sectionals, terminal area charts, enroute charts, airport diagrams, STARS, SIDs, and approach charts.  All you could ever want!

IndyTower, he's looking for the navaids...terminal procedure charts are only for indicidual approaches.

Sectionals will give you vor's.  Sectionals or low alt. enroute or planning charts also give the same information.

He also asked for free sectional charts...which the site has.  I was able to access that part of the site at...

On the main page of liveatc.net, there is a link for a site that shows airspace boundaries, and when you click on a particular center, there's a map that shows all the VORs within the airspace.

You can download all current Sectional and Terminal charts for free here: http://aviationtoolbox.org/raw_data/FAA/sectionals/current/

They are rather large downloads, but they are excellent quality and the price is right!
