Hello everyone.
I've been a listener here for quite a while now, and must say I really enjoy listening in.
I'm aspiring to be in the field of ATC, so it's always fun to come here and get a glimpse of how things work :-D
Anyways, I reside in Romulus, Michigan. I am 1.9 "as the bird flies" miles west from KDTW border gates, and about 2.9 from the terminals themselves.
I would love to look at the possibility of hosting a feed for you all, but I have absolutely NO knowledge of this, whatsoever. BUT, I'm up for a challenge, haha(;
So, my questions are;
- Is it do-able on, say.., a high school budget?
- How hard is it for someone with no knowledge of hosting to accomplish?
- Is it necessary for an "always on" computer?
(For the most part ours is, minus the need for the occasional reboot and such)
Any other tips/information is helpful!
And I will see what I can do :-)

Welcome kyyb! Looking forward to it! I consider KDTW my "home" airport, and would love a feed! As I have said before, I would host it...but I live too far away... :| Hope it works out!
