I need help from you ATC guys, please.
I'm playing the "ATC-SIM" game. :?
In the "Stats" info, on arrivals and departures, I get a lot of "Improper Exits" results.
I'm at EGLL, 27L / R and 9L / R.
The only separation info it gives is, 5nm and 1000ft.
When I use "Departures" only, I don't get any "improper exits". So is it anything to do with timing, or what?
Do you think "exits" means take offs and hand-offs?

Sorry I can't help you with your question, but I have one of my own. Where did you purchase that "Game"? I would be interested in getting that. Thanks.

Go to this URL: http://www.atc-sim.com/
If you use it and find out where I'm going wrong, please let me know.
BTW it's free :-D

I thought an exit was a taxiway you take off the runway after landing.

True, also called a turn-off.
He's talking about airplanes exiting the sector.

Greg01, That could be it.
It gets so busy sometimes (for me that is) that I forget to vector the Aircraft to its allocated VOR.
I get, say, SKW478 14L 668=
CRJ7 To: LAIRD
but forget to contact SKW478 to go to LAIRD after assiging it a level after take-off :-(
This could then be a "Improper Exit"
I'll do a "Departures Only" tonight and leave a couple of "Go To's" out, then check the Stats.
I'll let you know.
Just tried that and, Greg01, your right. If I don't handoff an aircraft before it disapears off my screen, I get a "Improper Exit" score. Thanks for that.
