Are there any easy ways to make a homemade airband antenna?
« on: February 20, 2006, 03:23:15 PM »
I have regular coax cable for tv's/vcr's hooked up to my Maycom Ar-108 scanner and on the other end an antenna pulled from an old cessna 150. Any tips from the pros on how to increase range, make a better one. I live in CT and a listen to KHFD KBDL, and all those Boston Approach/Depature/Center freqs.     By the way I love this site and use it all the time

We'd love to have a feed of the Boston Center frequencies out of Woodstock, CT.  Those are busy sectors.  Contact us via the contact page on the site.

Thanks,
Dave
