Archive files just 3 minutes instead of 30mins

Hi there,
I thought it may have been a one-off when this happened on a Melbourne landing I was after: https://forums.liveatc.net/listener-forum/audio-archive-file-of-when-viet-flight-almost-landed-wheels-up-gone/

But, it's happened again while searching for the ATC audio of the last Thomas Cook flight. I've attached a screenshot of what I get when I go to the appropriate time.

The feed site was having an internet connectivity issue around then. This particular receiver is on WiFi (unavoidable) and that causes more than the average number of network issues.
