Anything going on at BWI?

Girlfriend and I saw a VERY VERY low flying aircraft between 1530-1555 hrs today.  Was going the opposite direction of the airport, with its gear down...

DIdnt know if anything heard anything...?  KBWI

What kind of plane?

Could've been the FAA doing routine ILS testing.

You sure it was BWI and not DCA? I know there was an emergency at DCA on the day this thread started.
