Another newbie question...
On the list of available ATC feeds there is a class b and a class c...whats the difference??

Class B and C are types of controlled airspace, the terminal approach areas. Class B airspace is only around the busiest airports in the US (eg LAX, JFK and similiar). Class C is around less busy airports (RDU,SMF,PDX). The major diff is that Class B airports are huge and have lots of traffic, Class C are usually smaller and have less traffic.

As far as how B and C denote airport size and what to expect for traffic volume, FSfreak pretty much summed it up. However, there are other differences, too, namely how VFR traffic must operate inside that airspace (since IFR traffic is handled pretty much the same in both types of airspace).

Try VATSIM.net or a google search, too. I know VATSIM has information and I'm sure google would get you something, too. You might end up curious about all the types of airspace...never know!

The best way to understand is to pick up a Aeronautical Chart from your Local Airport. States give them out for free. Check out your DOT- Div of Aviation website for info.
