What is NCT? If thats an airport where is it? However now that I think about it, it sounds like NorCal Tracon!. Also, is that the correct spelling for Tracon!? Info on this would be helpful.

I believe it's Norcal Combined Tracon.

Tracon = Terminal Radar Approach CONtrol.
