American 1044 baby delivery

Just listened into my feed:

American 1044 called declaring a medical emergency for a woman having a baby. Listen into the KBDR/ZBW/NY TRACON feed until 19:53 zulu.

AAL1044 was enroute from TNCA to KBOS in a 757-200 over Long Beach, NY when it declared the emergency.

ZBW seems to be re-routing all a/c inbound due to some sort of delay.  Listen into the Boston feeds for this emergency
