recording and submitting traffic to "interesting recordings"

I have searched the forum for answers to this but nothing satisfactory...so ill try and see what i can drum up

for those of you that submit files to the interesting recordings section of this website how do you record the sound into a file and then how do you submit it to the site

Just record into a standard MP3 file and attach to your posting in the ATC/Pilot Audio Clips Forum.  That's all there is to it.
