http://www.trackir.co.ukThis one is simple, participants using the DG-808s FSX aircraft must get an aerotow upto 2000ft on the QNH, after which they have to thermal upto 8000ft, at which point they will have to complete a 50mile-ish trip to the landing airport.
Normal Slew/Pause and Model Rules will apply, the winner will get a TrackIR, looking to premote this event at least a month before we launch it to give people chance to practice.
- Event Excludes Staff Members
- Staff Monitor on Radar (for altidude infringments on aerotows)
- No Slewing, Pausing, Extra Speed, File Editing
- Participants must pre-register to participate
- 3 Runners up get vouchers.
The event will be held in Turkiye, however the exact route will only be revealed on the day of the competition. We suggest you practice your gliding, we will also be putting safemeasures in place to ensure people do not alter aircraft configs.
