Can an IFR rated pilot tell me what the CW means in this DP? Thanks!

SANTA ANA, CA
JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT-ORANGE COUNTY
DEPARTURE PROCEDURE: All runways climb runway
heading to 700. Rwys 1L, 1R, turn left. Rwys 19L, 19R,
turn right. All aircraft climb direct SLI VORTAC.
Aircraft departing SLI R-040 CW R-345 climb on course.
All others continue climbing via SLI R-171 southbound
then climbing right turn direct SLI VORTAC to cross at
or above 4600.
