Title: acars reports from planes on the nats

does anyone know where on the faa.gov website can you fined the acares reports from the nat's.

ACARS isint run by the FAA.  Its run by ARINC, SITA and one or two other frequency providers and its not public data.

That said, there are a few sites around that decode ACARS data but I dont know the URLs.
