Aborted Landing at KSFO on BA287 August 9th
« on: August 10, 2024, 17:23:25 UTC »
I'm trying to find the radio transmission as to why we aborted our landing on British Airways 287. It was August 9th at around 17:22 PDT. I looked in the archives, but was unable to find. Any help would be appreciated 👍

The reason for the go-around was "unstable due to speed" according to the flight crew.  This can be heard on the KSFO Tower audio.  The archived audio files are stored in 30-minute increments referenced to Zulu time (GMT) and the file you're looking for is the 00:00-00:30 file dated Aug 10.  I hope this helps.
