A question about ATC message

Hey, im new to the website and i was wandering if someone could please tell me, what does "Caution wake turbulence" mean, i have heard this a number of times on ATC communications but i am nfamiliar with what it means, so if someone could please let me know what it means i would be grateful.

Wake turbulence is what an aircraft creates when flying through the air. Aircraft behind it can be in for bumpy ride as they pass through the turbulent air.

Think if it like a speedboat on the water and what it would feel like if you were in a boat following it. Some aircraft a more prone to cause wake turblence (757, A310 and the heavies).

That's a pretty good article!  Wake turbulence isn't exactly something easily explained.
