I think the only place he's reffered to as "Boston John" is there at LiveATC. He has a cult following there. His name is really John, they just added "Boston" to it so they'd know who they were talking about.

Sort-of embarrassing to be active on a board that is known in other circles as a "cult following."

Just to clarify, I didn't say this board IS a cult following of John's. As you quoted above, I said he HAS a cult following here, and I don't think any resonable reader of this board could deny that.
