Slightly off topic, but the 2010 World Airline Awards were just announced...
congrats to those at Air Canada who won Best North American airline, and those at WestJet who won Airline Staff Service Excellence Award North America, Virgin also did well. Etihad won best first class, Qatar won best business.. somewhat surprised BA didn't win Best First Class, but I've never flown Etihad. :)
Best airline was won by Asiana Airlines, who I don't know so well. :)

Asiana is Korean carrier. They seem to be a bit like Singapore, although I haven't flown them.

Yet the Oak Kitchen line is so perfect, makes me want a new kitchen.

I think the oak kitchen link is the basis of this nonsensical post.

I'd have to say yes, when we have airlines like Spirit charging people for CARRY-ON bags!! :x
Basically, you have to pay for anything that goes into an overhead bin...
"For travel August 1, 2010 and beyond
(Effective for reservations purchased on or after April 6, 2010)
Fees apply for carry-on baggage that will not fit in the under seat space. New fees will be available for pre-purchase on or before July 1, 2010. All baggage fees are non-refundable and may be paid in advance or at the airport."
