Here's the incident audio
An Air Canada Boeing 737-8 MAX, registration C-GEHQ performing flight AC-752 from Toronto,ON (Canada) to Newark,NJ (USA), had landed on Newark's runway 22L and was about to taxi to the apron needing to cross runway 22R, when ATC instructed the aircraft to "Air Canada 752 at November, cross runway - actually, disregard, Air Canada 752, just hold short of runway 22R". The crew read back to hold short.
A Republic Airways Embraer ERJ-175 on behalf of United, registration N733YX performing flight UA-3422 from Newark,NJ to Boston,MA (USA), was cleared for takeoff from runway 22R about 35 seconds later but another 14 seconds later tower cancelled their takeoff clearance, the Embraer rejected their takeoff.
Tower subsequently queried AC-752 whether they were holding their position, the crew replied they had first been told to hold short of runway 22R, then were cleared to cross runway 22 and again instructed to hold short of the runway, but when they read back the instruction to hold short they were already over the hold short line and stopped. Tower advised they should keep in mind for the future that being over the hold short line means they are on the runway.
AC-752 subsequently taxied to the apron, UA-4322 returned to their takeoff position and departed about 5 minutes later.

And little do they realize that they are breaking the law, and that OFCOM could essentially shut the entire site down for violating the law. With as worldwide as LiveATC is, I'm sure Dave does not want to take that chance.

Aviation Audio Clips / Southwest B737 at St. Louis on Aug 12th 2022 dropped cowling on landing

I've attached the Ground audio.
Listened to the approach and landing from Tower and nothing out of the ordinary.
Next arrival called it in, FOD from the previous landing, SWA1721 was notified on Ground.
A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700, registration N791SW performing flight WN-1721 from Orlando,FL to St. Louis,MO (USA), landed on St. Louis' runway 11 but dropped a cowling. The aircraft slowed safely and taxied to the apron.
The FAA reported: "AIRCRAFT ON LANDING AND COWLING CAME OFF, ST LOUIS, MO."
The aircraft is still on the ground in St. Louis about 80 hours after landing.

CYYZ is in the midst of a facility move. The feeds will be back up when that is complete (date unknown).

Canada has allowed it after banning the broadcast of ATC for many years, why can't Germany do the same as Canada and the U.S.? The U.S. has long allow the broadcast of Live ATC with similar laws in place.
Keep in mind, the German Telecommunications Act was first established in October 1996 with revisions in 22 June 2004

Whenever it comes to laws and politics someone is against it.
I also guess this is not the right place to discuss it
As far Germany is concerned, ok, its really unlikely somone put you in jail for this, but MathFox is right, there is no way to just ignore that law.
Maybe things gettin better over the next 2 or 3 Years cause at this time the Police and Rescue Frequencys are by then Digital, so this law is not longer needed. (Thats the main intention of this law, to protect this "Services" from the Public, and thats okay for me. See it from this side, in case of a accident, i don't want to see a journo first in place cause he listen to)
