Wrong password but no reply from admin?

Hi all, my first post and glad to join the great community.  I am trying to set up a new feed. Took me a while, but I have everything done on the hardware side. The liveatc admin gave me the software, password and instructions to set up the software. But I can’t connect to the servers, everytime I click connect, the software reject it.  I checked very carefully everything entered correctly. I think I am given a wrong pass code or it’s not activated on the server side.  Tried to contact the admin, he said going to use Remote Desktop to take a look. But try to contact him again a few time to follow up,  no reply for a few months.

Is there anything I can do? Or I should give up the project?

What feed are you trying to set up?  Do you have a ticket number connected to your LiveATC emails (it should be a five-digit number starting with 5)?  Suggest you try replying to the latest email from LiveATC again or provide the ticket number here.  Thanks :)
