Windows setup

Is possible to feed using windows? If so, how? Don't matter if is using soundcard or rtl dongle (prefer rtl dongle).

Yes, you can feed using a windows box. However, Windows is the least of your worries. The bigger questions are:
* What is the rest of your setup?
* Will your scanner physically work with the hardware you have?
* Will you be okay security-wise with the constant uptime required for hosting a feed?
#1 shouldn't be too much of a problem, as windows machines, linux machines, Macs, and Rasberry Pis can easily host a feed.
#2 is being asked because for the most, your scanner has a headphone jack. You'd simply buy an audio cable that plugs into that headphone jack, and plug the other end into your sound card on your machine. The LiveATC software does the rest.
#3 is the most important, because you know how vulnerable Windows is and is always subject to Patch Tuesday, and the constant reboots it may need. The time needed for patching will bring some downtime to the feed, so you'll have to accept some risk on that if you want to host a consistent feed with little to no downtime.
But to answer your question simply, the answer is YES, you can use a windows box to host a LiveATC feed.

Of, looks no one can see "If so, how?" in my question.....and it could me my fault, so I'll be more clear:
I already have one feed working fine in my linux box and I'm aware of all these problems and concerns, rtlc, etc etc...
What's in the software used to feed VHF audio to LiveATC using windows, since rtl_airband is not available for windows (at least on official github repository)?
