Title: Noob Question

We have an old Norco Base Station radio at the airport that's still in use as the unicom radio.  It has an external speaker output, but its a two wire type deal.  Is there a way to integrate that radio into a live feed?  I sent an email request last week to get started providing a feed, but with the holidays, I'm not expecting an email back until maybe later this week.  At any rate, I'd like to live stream our Unicom feed and ASOS feed for locals and anyone else on the web that would be interested in listening.
