Title: Las Vegas feed system

Pair of Bearcat BC-350C scanners and an RTL SDR dongle (mostly for Ground)
Future enhancements will be to add another SDR dongle for some other frequencies (LA Center, other)
Entire feed system runs on a low power Raspberry Pi
