What brand antenna is this or is it a homebuilt?

Its a  antenna made by "theantennaspecialist". 

Its weird how I came across this antenna, It was actually being sold on-line as a 2m ham radio antenna.  A friend bought this antenna and the SWR on it for ham was way off.  So we then hooked up a Antenna analyzer and its tuned best for 118-119.

I forgot to mention the computer, its a old gopher HP a420n with a few upgrades.

The work I did the past weekend... Raised antenna and put guy ropes on it due to power lines on both sides of me.... Good thing is its fiberglass poles.

I swapped computer out for a more efficient one. Computer is now a Dell GX260.

New Gear just arrived Got a notch filter and a new scanner will put inline later on.  GRE PSR-400. Will be a big improvment im doing a few tests here then will put inline. Thanks everyone.
