KMDT Approach East Down
« on: January 06, 2007, 12:01:07 AM »

Down for a day or so while I use the scanner to test a Linux box for new feeds...

West (124.1) is still up.

East is currently running a scanned feed including some ZNY feeds, as Hbg approach is quite this evening and I need some traffic to test the linux box...

How often do they actually split the east/west approach frequencies ? From what I've heard they appear to be combined (one controller working both frequencies) a lot of the time. Would both MDT frequencies on one radio and the ZNY freqs on another radio work better ? Also what about the MDT approach north frequency 118.25, do they use that very often ? DJ

For your ZNY frequencies, are you running 133.475 and 132.2?  I wasn't sure whether any others were mixed in there or not.  Thanks.
