Title: Timmins/Toronto feed issue

Dave, I couldn'b find a "new topic" button in the Feed  status group.  My laptop for mg Timmins/Toronto feed is experiencing an IP conflict issue. It prevents me feed to broadcast beyond 2-5 minutes. It will remain offline UFN. Either gonna find a range extender or change ISP.

Did some hardware fix ups, feeds are still not guaranteed due to occasional IP address resets, otherwise, feeds should run for atleast 24 hours without any interruptions. Thanks for your patience.
