PHTO - wrong freq

Sorry, but I just discovered that PHTO has an incorrect freq.  I recently changed scanners and forgot that I had the frequency for my apartment complex in the air bank.  My apartment is right in the tsunami inundation zone.  In fact, it's about 50 yards from the waterfront....  Of course I left my apartment at 6:00 am to move upland when the civil defense sirens first sounded.

Looks like the feed went down.  They probably shut off the power to all the buildings.  I'll try and get it up at where I am at right now.

Glad the tsunami wasn't severe there...we were monitoring the situation.  Glad you are safe.
