laptop OS having trouble.  probable OS reload needed but I'm not on site.  probable fix late next week.

It's back up, but sounds really distant and tinny, like speaker across the room...I imagine you're working on it presently.

working on problem from off site.  just got feed software running offsite with no scanner at this time.
