Title: NYC Heli network outage

Due to some network stability issues, the heli feeds went down this morning at about 3am. I'm hoping to have them back up at some point today, but the outage may be longer due to ISP issues.

Went down today due to ISP swap. New ISP should be much more stable...more bandwidth, lower latency.
