Title: NORCAL Feeds including Oakland DOWN - Blown fuse.

NORCAL feeds (KOAK, KSFO and KSJC approach and departure), Oakland Tower/Ground DOWN until 5pm PDT local. Blown fuse.
Feeds NOT affected: KSFO Tower#2, ZOA Oakland Center, and KHWD.
Update: Fuse replaced. Everything is back up.
