Alright, all of the poles on my tilt up mast got bent, some worse then others...I CAN"T FIX THEM, I tried for hours. I'll come up with a plan. Nothing to hear now so I'm signing off-shutting them down

I straightened the masts out with RAM/HEMI power :-D and ran the winch cable a different way to help prevent (I HOPE) bending and bowing.
The Miami App/Dep and Miami Center Bimini sector feeds are back up and running. 8-) The Miami Center WPB RCAG feed will be down until I can build another antenna for it; I have what I need, just have to find the time.

The antenna is built, I'm going to put it up NOW! The other feeds will be on however you will just hear the airborne side of the conversations while the mast is down. Should be all done by 7:30-8:00 pm est

There Back.  :-o Alrighty then...without further ado I give you the Miami Center West Palm Beach, Florida Remote Center Air/Ground feed. The antenna I built this time is another VHF Airband Quagi. It's half as long as the original; only 8' long this time...and made out of aluminum, no more of those wooden booms for me. :-D

Fiberglass materials for kite making such as rods and tubes are worth looking at for antennas. I've bought from Tap Plastics and http://www.goodwinds.com/ for some antenna projects.  :-)
