Title: KSYR (Syracuse) down due to power outage

The KSYR feed just went down due to a power outage, thanks to strong winds from a sharp cold front moving through the area. 

If the power is not back in minutes then it is back in hours, I have learned over the years.   I waited minutes and sadly the power did not return, so now it looks as if it is going to be hours - hence this notice.

While all components related to the feed are on backup power, the UPS's providing backup are only good for an hour or so.   Thus, any donations towards my "External, Natural Gas-powered Generator Fund" will be gladly accepted.   :-D  :-D  :-D

Power has been restored and feed is back up.  It is possible that there may be additional outages due to the winds today.  Hopefully they will reside by the afternoon.
