Title: ksuu feed

the antenna for the ksuu feed has gotten a little banged up from the wind/rain so there is a slight loss in reception. as soon there's a break in the weather it should be fixed. for the time being, i've added various oakland center freqs for the sacramento/bay area sectors and left travis tower.

Finally had the chance to readjust the antenna. All the regular Travis AFB freqs are back on with ZOA 127.95 and misc. ZOA freqs (more at night, 0600z and later).
