As of 20060320-1745 CST - I need to reboot the server to clear up a hard drive issue, as well as patch the server. I anticipate the feeds will be down until 1800 CST. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry the feeds were down for the better part of a day without my knowing about it. I'll try not to let that happen again, but I appear to be having some major ram issues with Stream Transcoder - ram on all three feeds hovers around 300 MB at almost all times. Any ideas?

Applying the plethora of patches from Microsoft to my server.

There was a virtual memory error on the server. It was possibly caused by stream transcoder's excessive memory usage.
I'll post more later if anything develops.

Looks like there was a power failure last night. The feeds are back up, but I'm applying lots of server patches at the moment, and some of them will require a reboot. I'll be rebooting the server at 20060707 - 11:00 AM CDT.

My feeds appear to be down. I'll try to get them back up this afternoon when I get home from work.

Due to problems with my ISP, KMSP will be down indefinitely.

20061102 - 1655 CST - I'm downing my server for about 15 minutes to add a hard drive. It should be back up shortly after 7:00 CST.

The server is down. I'll figure out what happened after work. I estimate the sites will be back up at 1800 CST

I hope KMSP comes up soon :-(

Strange goings-on. First, I wasn't notified that the feeds were down. That's because I finally switched my cell phone from AT&T to Cingular. Then, apparently, my server crashed, rebooted and didn't auto-login. Now the server is up and logged in, and the feeds are up and streaming, but the status has not changed on the feed page.

Hmm that is strange. Well good to know they are working. I will just paste the link in my browser and listen to it that way!

KMSP will be going down today November 20th, 2006 at 1830 CST for maintenance. I'm installing several hard drives in the server that is streaming the feeds.
-
KMSP is going down now for yet another server upgrade. I anticipate only 15 minutes down time
-
I'm downing the server at 20070124-1030CST to apply scads of windows patches. KMSP feeds should only be down for about 15 minutes.

I'm making major changes to my network tonight. KMSP feeds will have sporadic moments of downtime, and at one point will be down for a couple of hours. I'll post again when the changes are complete.

It took until about 3 am last night to complete my changes, and I didn't test the audio quality until now. My apologies to anyone who wanted to listen to the tower feed in the meantime. If there are any further issues with the KMSP feeds, please inform me.
Thanks,

I'm rebooting my streaming server - KMSP feeds should be back up shortly

I'm changing my streaming software, so KMSP will have some downtime today while I'm reconfiguring. I'll post an update when I'm finished.
Thanks,

My changes are complete. There should be no further downtime for KMSP feeds.

My feeds locked up, and I won't be able to restore them until after work today. The feeds should be back up by 5:30 PM CDT. Sorry for the inconvenience.
