LiveATC from KMCI ( Kansas City) is down for a bit due to a power outage in the area, Estimated restoral is around 1700 hrs CST.
Power & Light says equipment failure is the reason.

-UPDATE:
And it appears the Power co has delivered a restoral ahead of time!

LiveATC @ KMCI is now back up.
